Minimum Age
Room bookings can be made from the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Alcohol
Alcoholic drinks are only served to people aged 16 or over.
Smoking
There is an absolute ban on smoking in all hotel rooms and all public areas of the hotel.
Credit Cards and Cash Cheques
We accept cards from Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. It is not possible to cash cheques.
Tipping
Tips are not included in the stated prices. In Austria, the tip is normally 10%.
Pets
Pets are very welcome. Outside the room, please always keep dogs on a leash. We charge EUR 12.00 per night, excluding feed, for your four-legged friend.
Cancellation Conditions and Terms of Trade
Please note that these general terms and conditions apply to all accommodation, seminar, and event contracts concluded with MOTEL 267. These terms and conditions are a contract component of the order for events awarded to MOTEL 267 by the organiser. Contrary conditions do not apply. The organiser accepts and submits to the conditions and all relevant trade law regulations, and accepts, by placing the order, liability for adherence to these, as well as for costs incurred and cancellation fees.
